Life
The mission of The Collective Voice is simple: To share stories that heal, conversations that educate, highlight local leaders and perspectives that empower people to reclaim their lives in community.

by naming what hurts, honoring our nervous systems, and sharing tools that support real-life healing

by telling stories, building community-centered businesses, and imagining new ways of living together

by highlighting everyday people, local leaders, and small businesses doing the work
About Us
At its core, The Collective Voice is about story and community.
We believe that when one person speaks their truth out loud about mental health, burnout, love, loss, or starting over.. it gives someone else permission to breathe a little deeper and feel a little less alone.
This podcast is an extension of the work we do every day at our healing studio in Tempe, Arizona, but it’s not just about one space. It’s about:
Normalizing conversations around mental health and emotional wellbeing
Demystifying healing modalities like breathwork, sound healing, Reiki, yoga, and somatic practices
Uplifting our local community and the people doing beautiful, unseen work
Highlighting local businesses and practitioners who care about people
Sharing resources and stories so you can feel supported in your own journey
Experience

Stories
We’re partners in life, parents of two, and co-stewards of a healing-centered space in Tempe, Arizona. But more than that.. we’re just two humans doing our best to navigate grief, love, identity, entrepreneurship, and our own healing journeys. We’re not here as gurus.
We’re here as storytellers and space holders. Together, we’re building a space where people can be honest about what they’re carrying and feel seen, not judged.

Breathwork, sound healing, Reiki, yoga, meditation, somatic practices, and more... how they work, what they feel like, and how people use them in real life.

The emotional and mental toll of building something from scratch, running a community-centered business, and doing “success” in a way that honors your humanity.
